COSHH Info

Regulation 9 of COSHH requires a competent person to carry out a thorough Local Exhaust Ventilation inspection.
Employers are required to assess the risk associated with using hazardous substances and eliminate the risk where possible.
To meet the requirements of this regulation, employers are required to ensure that Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) is Thoroughly Examined and Tested by a competent person.
